The Houston Dynamo and Dash applaud the efforts of community organizations in the region and attempt to support them in their efforts as much as possible. Making a Request

All donations request mut be submitted online six (6) weeks prior to the event/procurement date.

  • Please do not mail, fax, or call to request. These requests will NOT be accepted.
  • Please keep in mind that submitting an online request does NOT guarantee your organization will receive a donation.
  • Once your request is reviewed, you will be contacted by a representative from the Houston Dynamo and Dash via email regarding the status of your request.
  • Due to the volume of requests that we receive, please allow 2-4 weeks for a response.

Guidelines

  • For your request to be considered the event or beneficiary must support one of our five pillars: Youth Development (Soccer specific), Food Insecurity, Military & Veteran support, Cancer Support & Awareness, Energy Sustainability.
  • Due to the number of requests, we receive, if your event or organization does not support one of the above pillars, we will be unable to support your event/program.
  • Priority will be given to requests from organizations in the Greater Houston and immediate surrounding areas.
  • Your organization must be 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization
  • A valid Tax ID number must be submitted on the request form, any submissions without a Tax ID number will not be accepted.
  • Financial requests are not accepted through this form.

  • Requests for giveaway items are not accepted via this form.
  • An organization may only submit a request once per calendar year. Please allow one calendar year to pass in between request.
  • All donations must be for direct charitable causes
  • Items donated may not be sold for profit
  • All items must be picked up.

Use of the Dynamo and Dash Charities, Houston Dynamo, or Houston Dash name, logos and trademark and/or any advertising that implies the support or sponsorship of an event by the Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash or Dynamo and Dash Charities must be approved in writing.

How can I submit my donation request?

All requests must be submitted via our online donation form. No requests that are submitted via email, letter or by phone will be accepted.

How much time prior to the event do I need to submit my request?

Request must be submitted 6 weeks in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS

How many donations can I receive in one year?

Organizations are limited to one request per year.

In how much time can I expect to receive a decision?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for a response.
