TICKET ASSIST PROGRAM

The Ticket Assist Program provides complimentary tickets to Houston Nonprofit organizations and Title 1 schools that serve children, public servants, and community and civic groups who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a professional soccer game.

Tickets cannot be used in fundraisers, and will not be provided to individuals, for-profit organizations, or organizations 90 miles outside of downtown Houston. Corporate foundations, Youth Soccer clubs, and employee clubs/associations are NOT eligible to participate in the Ticket Assist Program.

Dynamo and Dash Charities invites your organization to apply for the Ticket Assist Program. You must complete the application thoroughly to be considered for inclusion in the program. Please note that past participation in our donation program is not a guarantee that you will be accepted into this year’s program.

Please read the rules below before proceeding to the application. Violation of any of these rules will result in dismissal from the donation program.

  • Your organization must be a 501c3 registered non-profit agency located within the greater Houston area and you must provide a federal tax ID number on the application. Federal tax ID numbers are 9 digits and follow the following format: 12-3456789. If you submit a Texas tax ID number (7 digits long) your application will not be accepted.
  • All tickets received through this program must be used. If tickets go unused, your organization will be put on probation. If this happens on multiple occasions your group will be permanently removed from our program.
  • Tickets received through this program are NEVERto be resold. This will be tracked. If tickets are resold, you will be dismissed from the program immediately.
  • Each organization is allowed ONE (1) contact person in charge of receiving all ticket offer emails and requesting tickets. Please do not have multiple employees complete the application. Duplicate applications may result in removal from the program.
  • Each individual may only represent ONE (1) organization.

DELIVERY METHOD

Electronic Tickets

  • All tickets are electronic. Physical tickets cannot be provided, per Shell Energy Stadium policy. Participants must have access to a smartphone with internet access in order to use tickets. Please consider this before submitting an application for your organization.
  • Seat Geek is our current ticket manager platform. If you are accepted into the Ticket Assist Program, you will need to create a Seat Geek account using the email you submitted with your application. If you need help with this process you may reach out to Charities@houstondynamo.com

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Applications for the program typically open in January each year and are accepted on a rolling basis. There is no deadline to apply. We begin a new application process for the Ticket Assist Program every year. We do not roll over contact lists from the program from previous years. We do this to ensure that our list of non-profit/school contacts receiving ticket offers is as up to date as possible. If you participated in the 2024 Ticket Assist Program, you will need to complete the following application in order to be considered for continued participation in the program. If your application is accepted, you will receive a program acceptance email from Charities@houstondynamo.com. Your application does not guarantee that we be able to fulfill the number of tickets requested or that we will be able to provide tickets to specific games. If you are accepted to the program, we will reach out to you via email when we have a ticket offer available and let you know the maximum number of tickets that you can request for a particular event. More information on the process will be provided to you if you are accepted into the program. Our goal is to bring the excitement of Dynamo and Dash to as many deserving people in our city as possible.

This program is primarily sustained through generous donations. “Thank You” letters are greatly appreciated, and all letters will be passed on to the appropriate parties. After receiving tickets to a game or event, please send thank you notes to:
