The Houston Dash announced the contract status for each of its players following the completion of the 2020 season this morning.
The Dash have waived forward Kayla McCoy, and defender Lauren Silver, midfielder Jaci Jones and forwards Shaina Ashouri are Discovery Eligible. Additionally, the club exercised options on five players while extending new offers to four.
Canadian international defender Allysha Chapman, midfielder Sophie Schmidt and forward Nichelle Prince remain on the Dash roster as 2021 Federation players. Federation status for the upcoming 2021 season will be announced by the NWSL at a later date.
