The National Women’s Soccer League announced today that the Houston Dash will host the North Carolina Courage at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at HEB Park in Edinburg, Texas. The game was originally scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 27 in Houston, but the match was postponed due to Hurricane Harvey.
Additionally, the NWSL announced that Houston will play its final regular season game at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1 at Children’s Mercy Field in Kansas City. The match was originally scheduled to take place on Friday, Sept. 29 in Kansas City.
Dash Season Ticket Members can exchange their tickets for the North Carolina match for additional seats to the team’s home finale against the Chicago Red Stars on Saturday, Sept. 23 at BBVA Compass Stadium or for the annual BBVA Compass Dynamo Charities Cup match, which will feature the Houston Dynamo against Liga MX side Cruz Azul on Thursday, Oct. 5. Fans who previously purchased individual-game tickets to the Aug. 27 match may also exchange their tickets for either the Sept. 23 Dash vs. Chicago match or the BBVA Compass Dynamo Charities Cup by calling 713-276-GOAL.
All tickets for the originally-scheduled Aug. 27 match will also be accepted at HEB Park. Fans can redeem their ticket by visiting the HEB Park box office.
Tickets for the Sept. 27 match start at $7 and will be available at HEBParkRGV.com at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. HEB Park is a soccer-specific stadium in south Texas that hosts the Houston Dynamo’s USL affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley FC Toros. The stadium opened on March 22, 2017 and can hold more than 9,700 fans.
The Dash will play their final home game of the 2017 NWSL regular season at BBVA Compass Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23 against the Chicago Red Stars. Houston won the first meeting 2-0 with goals from forwards Kealia Ohai and Rachel Daly. The Dash have a two-game winning streak against Chicago at BBVA Compass Stadium that started with a 3-1 victory to open the 2016 regular season.
