The Houston Dash will honor men and women in uniform at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 27 as they host Seattle Reign FC at BBVA Compass Stadium for their fourth annual Honoring Our Heroes Night.
As part of the celebration of service, the Dash will recognize active duty and retired military members, police officers, firefighters, EMS and first responders, all of whom put themselves in harm’s way in order to provide a safer and more secure community.
Individuals interested in donating tickets for first responders and service members can purchase a Buy One, Donate One package for $20. Companies or groups can support this special event by donating blocks of 10, 25, 50 or 100 tickets for local military and first responder families to enjoy the game at BBVA Compass Stadium on May 27.
The Dash are off to a 2-2-0 start to the season after a three-game road trip. Led by captain and forward Kealia Ohai, who has scored 13 goals in her last 14 league games, U.S. Women’s National Team midfielder Morgan Brian and Canada Women’s National Team forward Janine Beckie, the Dash feature one of the youngest and most dynamic attacks in the National Women’s Soccer League.
