  1. TAKING THE LEAD IN ALL-TIME SERIES – The Dash have faced the Pride twice this season, earning four points and finding the Orlando goal three times to tie them in the clubs’ all-time series, 5-5-1. Houston has won three of the last four games against the Pride and will look to take the lead in the series this Saturday evening. This season, captain and forward Kealia Ohai scored the game-winning goal in their first match in May with a curling effort in the seventh minute. Forward Sofia Huerta found the forward on a breakaway run and Ohai cut inside to create space for her first goal of the year. The two clubs squared off again in June, tying in a 2-2 battle where Huerta and midfielder Kristie Mewis put the Dash in the lead with a goal apiece before conceding a goal late in the second half to tie the game.
  2. KEYS TO ATTACK – With forward Rachel Daly back, the Dash will enjoy the luxury of having all of their attacking pieces, including midfielderKristie Mewis and midfielder Sofia Huerta, who both have three goals this season, and forward Kyah Simon who has two goals on the year. Daly leads the team with four goals and has continued to play a vital role for the team, recently scoring the game-winning goal against Sky Blue FC. Tomorrow, Daly and the Dash will look to remain undefeated against the Pride and earn their second victory against Orlando in this regular-season to put themselves back on track for the playoff push.
  3. POINTS ON THE ROAD – The Dash have earned 11 out of their 19 points on the road with three victories and two draws this season. Tomorrow evening, Houston will look gain back the points lost at home to look for a playoff spot as the season nears towards the end of the playoff push. Orlando started off to a rocky start this season but has bounced back in the last weeks earning two out of three victories, both of which were at home. The Dash are seven points ahead of the Pride.
