The Dash trio of Nichelle Prince, Sophie Schmidt and Allysha Chapman will join the Canadian Women’s National Team for a friendly against South Korea on June 26. The CanWNT are preparing for the Concacaf Women’s Championship tournament, which is set to take place on Monterrey, Mexico starting in July.
The CONCACAF Women's Championship begins on July 4. Canada will compete in Group B against Costa Rica, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago. The winners of each group will advance to the knockout stages. The winners of the competition will qualify for the the 2024 Summer Olympics in France, while the second and third-place teams will advance to the CONCACAF Olympic Play-off.
The Houston Dash will travel to take on North Carolina on Sunday, June 19. The match will be streamed on Paramount+ and on Twitch for international viewers.
