As part of the Ticket Exchange Program, Members can exchange their regular season tickets to any future 2024 NWSL regular season Dash home match up to 48 hours prior to the match they plan to miss by following these steps:
- Log in to your seatgeek.com account.
- Select “Manage account” from the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner.
- Select “Offers” from the navigation bar and then hit the “Exchange” button.
- Select the match you will not be able to attend.
- Under “Select Tickets,” choose what tickets you are exchanging and click “View Replacement Tickets.”
- All available matches will appear. Select the match you would like to exchange into and click “Continue to Seat Selection.”
- Select the seats you would like and click “Exchange Seat.” All tickets of equal value to your current ticket will appear as a “Free Exchange.” If you wish to choose a seat of lower value, you will need to reach out to your service rep. If you wish to upgrade your seat for the new match, you will have to pay the difference.
- Follow the prompts and confirm your exchange. Your updated tickets will reflect in your account.
