The first eMLS event of 2019 is just around the corner, with the eMLS League Series One presented by PlayStation officially set to take place in Southern California on Jan. 22.
Houston Dynamo gamer Kid M3mito will take his undefeated record from the 2018 eMLS Cup up against 21 other professional FIFA gamers from across North America, each representing an MLS team, as they kick off their quest for FIFA glory and a shot at eMLS Cup in March.
Fans will be able to attend the event, which will take place at the Esports Arena in Santa Ana, California, with doors opening at 5:30 pm PT, and can register to attend here.

eMLS is entering its second season, with Kid M3mito (Guillermo Trevino) looking to defend his title. The 2019 season has seen three more MLS teams sign professional gamers to compete in an expanded competition.
The eMLS League Series events – which will feature the full roster of eMLS players – will help determine the seeding for eMLS Cup presented by PlayStation in March. In turn, eMLS Cup participants will earn points for the EA SPORTS Global Series Playoffs, which give gamers a chance to qualify for the 2019 FIFA eWorld Cup.
