ELIGIBILITY: Dash Fan Appreciation Week Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius of Houston, Texas (the “Territory”) who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18 years old) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Dash Soccer, LLC (the “Sponsor”), National Women’s Soccer League, LLC (“NWSL” and together with the Sponsor, “NWSL Entities”) and each of their respective affiliates, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void outside of the Territory and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM CT on October 26, 2024, and ends at 5:00 PM CT on November 5, 2024 (“Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, there is one (1) way to enter. No other method(s) of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per social media handle or Facebook login, and per household, as applicable, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. All information submitted will be subject to and used as provided in the NWSL Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, each of which can be found by visiting https://www.nwslsoccer.com/terms and https://www.nwslsoccer.com/privacy-policy (both of which are incorporated herein by reference). By submitting an entry, entrant voluntarily and affirmatively consents to the use, collection, and transfer of his or her personal information, including any sensitive data, by the Sponsor.

1. Facebook: To enter the Sweepstakes through Facebook, you must be a registered user of Facebook. If you are not a registered user of Facebook, you may sign-up for free by visiting www.facebook.com or downloading the Facebook application on your mobile device and following the enrollment instructions. Once you have registered, you may enter by visiting www.Facebook.com/HoustonDash/ during the Entry Period and following the instructions provided. For ticket giveaways, follow Houston Dash on Facebook, like, comment, and tag a friend on the post during the entry period. For non-ticket giveaways, follow and comment on the post during the entry period. All entries must include the hashtag: #HoustonDashGiveaway. By submitting your completed Facebook entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. If you use your mobile phone to access Facebook, standard data fees may apply. 2. X: To enter the Sweepstakes through X, you must (a) be a registered user of X and (b) follow @HoustonDash. If you are not a registered user of X, you may sign-up for free by visiting www.X.com or downloading the X application on your mobile device and following the enrollment instructions. If you do not already follow @HoustonDash on X, visit https://x.com/HoustonDash and click on the icon to follow @HoustonDash. You will then be required to follow the instructions of the Sweepstakes provided by @HoustonDash (e.g., retweet the required original tweet, making certain to include the hashtag: #HoustonDashGiveaway) during the Entry Period. By registering via X as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. If you make or receive tweets on your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. In order to participate in the Sweepstakes without receiving tweets on your mobile phone, deactivate the phone number from your X account.

3. Instagram: To enter the Sweepstakes through Instagram you must be a registered user of Instagram. If you are not a registered user of Instagram, you may sign-up for free by visiting www.instagram.com or downloading the Instagram application on your mobile device and following the enrollment instructions. For ticket giveaways, follow @HoustonDash on Instagram, like, comment, and tag a friend on the post during the entry period. For non-ticket giveaways, follow, and comment on the post during the entry period. All entries must include the hashtag: #HoustonDashGiveaway and all digital files must be 5 megabytes or smaller in JPEG or JPG format. The image need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are acceptable. By submitting your completed entry as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. If you choose to enter via Instagram using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. All eligible entries will be posted on the @HoustonDash page.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, X or Instagram.

RANDOM DRAWING: The winners of the Sweepstakes (each a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) will be selected by random drawing between October 29, 2024, and November 5, 2024, from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Sponsor reserves the right to not award a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.

PRIZES: A total of sixteen (16) prizes are available to be awarded (each, a “Prize”).

• One (1) Winner will receive four (4) East Club tickets for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $340.
• One (1) winner will receive four (4) 100 Level tickets and four (4) spots for the post-match Jane Campbell Meet & Greet for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $300.
• One (1) winner will receive four (4) President’s Club tickets for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $460.
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) Houston Dash primary jersey signed by Houston Dash players. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $500.
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) Houston Dash secondary jersey signed by Houston Dash players and four (4) 100 Level tickets for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $600.
• One (1) winner will receive four (4) 100 Level tickets and four (4) spots for the post-match Paige Nielsen Meet & Greet for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $300.
• Five (5) winners will receive two (2) signed Player Polaroid Photos and two (2) 100 Level tickets for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $200.
• Four (4) winners will receive two (2) Suite Tickets for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $300.
• One (1) winner will receive one (1) Sam & Davy Fan Pack that includes two (2) 100 Level tickets for the Houston Dash vs. Bay FC Fan Appreciation match on November 2, 2024, two (2) Sam & Davy shirts, and two (2) San & Davy hats. Approximate Value of Prize: $260.

Transportation to/from Shell Energy Stadium (“Stadium”) is not included and is the sole responsibility of each Winner. Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a Prize not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging accommodations, any transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting a Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian.

Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, including, without limitation, through resale or other means, with no cash redemptions or substitutions, except at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion. NWSLgame, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined by the applicable NWSL Entities and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by the Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as Prizes will govern in the event a game, event or exhibition is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage, pandemic, epidemic, governmental action, or any other reason. Each Winner and each of his/her guests agree to comply with all applicable Stadium rules and regulations. The applicable NWSL Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to Winner or any guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, pandemic, epidemic, governmental action or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any NWSL game, event or exhibition.

NOTIFICATION: Entrants must comply with these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each Winner will be notified by the Sponsor via e-mail, mail and/or telephone or via a direct message sent to the submitting Facebook, X or Instagram account. In the event a Winner does not respond to any such notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance, such Winner will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes, the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate Winner may be chosen from the remaining eligible entries. Each Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to the Sponsor. If all required documents are not properly submitted in a timely manner, then the Winner will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes, the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate Winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or Winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize and, at the Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate Winner to be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims or cause of action against each of the NWSL Entities, Facebook, X, Instagram and each of their respective affiliates, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of a Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (b) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (c) late, lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, garbled, delayed, or undelivered mail, inaccurate, postage-due or garbled entries, via e-mail or mail; (d) injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website; and (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of a Prize; (f) cancellation or postponement of any NWSL game, event or exhibition; and (g) any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of a Prize. Each Winner, by acceptance of a Prize, grants to each of the NWSL Entities and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. In the event the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, the Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify any entrant residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Released Parties shall have no liability to any entrant who is disqualified due to such an action. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor’s representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by each of the NWSL Entities and their respective agents. The NWSL Entities shall have the right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes at their discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning a Prize and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in Harris County, Texas without giving effect to choice of law or conflicted law principles (whether of the state of Texas, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Texas. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Each of the NWSL Entities reserve the right, in each of their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award a Prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation and award a Prize to such Winners.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SUCH ENTRANT SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES. FURTHER, THE NWSL ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COURT COSTS) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or household, only the first entry received from such person, e-mail address or household will be considered. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable ISP or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
