Today, February 14, 2017, marks the 10 year anniversary of the first training session for the Houston Dynamo Academy. Director of Player Development James Clarkson has been in charge of the project since that day, and shared some of his memories from its beginning on Twitter.
The Academy has experienced tremendous growth over the past decade, expanding its reach and player pool and producing nine players that have signed contracts with the Dynamo first team and numerous other professionals.
