<strong>Defender: Garrett Welch, U-18 Academy</strong><p>Garrett was superb again for the U-17/18’s this past weekend. He has been one of the standout performers over the last few games and that didn’t stop this past weekend. He not only provides great awareness and distribution from his center back position, but he also brings a great willingness to win that rubs off on his teammates. <strong>Defender: Noe Ochoa, U-15 Pre-Academy</strong><p>Noe was excellent for the U-15’s this past weekend. He was composed on the ball and won all of his aerial battles. He anticipated well defensively and got forward well when he could.</p><p><em>Did you know? </em><em>Noe attends Pasadena Memorial High School and is due to graduate in the spring of 2015.</em></p> |

<strong>Defender: Albion Neziri, U-16 Academy</strong><p>Albion was a calming influence at the back as the U-16’s beat the Texans 1-0 at the weekend. The center back was in the way of everything the Texans tried to do offensively and also helped his side maintain possession of the ball well from the back.</p><em>Did you know? Albion attends Nimitz High School and is due to graduate in 2014.</em> |

<strong>Midfield: Jacob Salome, U-15 Pre-Academy</strong><p>Jacob played very well from his midfield position this past weekend. He did a great job of finding the ball and switching the point of attack. He took control of the midfield both offensively and defensively, working very hard on both sides of the ball.</p><p><em>Did you know? </em><em>Jacob attends Northshore HS and is due to graduate in the spring of 2015.</em></p> |

<strong>Midfield: Daniel Sanchez, U-14 Pre-Academy</strong><p>Christian put in yet another lively performance as the U14’s won 2-0 in Dallas this past weekend. The skillful and creative midfielder was at the heart of the play and rarely conceded possession. He has been a constant in the U14’s midfield so far this season.</p><em>Did you know? Christian is the captain of the U14 Pre-Academy team.</em> |
