The Dynamo arrived in Utah under sunny skies on Friday and trained at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy ahead of their Saturday night match, which will be televised nationally on FOX Soccer and FOX Deportes, with pregame coverage starting at 7:30 p.m. CT. The match can be heard in the Houston area on SportsTalk 790 and La Ranchera 850.

With an MLS Reserve League match set to follow the first-team match on Saturday night, the entire squad made the trip with the exception of injured Calen Carr, Brian Ching, and Danny Cruz and on-loan goalkeeper Evan Newton.

Friday's training session was a typical pre-game workout, beginning with a mix of stretching and small-sided possession exercises. The rest of the session included passing exercises and finishing, with attacking players and goalkeepers going head-to-head to close the afternoon workout. The practice was closed to media and the public until the final 15 minutes, but FOX Soccer analyst Brian Dunseth, who will call Saturday's game with Allen Hopkins, stopped by at the end to talk with head coach Dominic Kinnear.

The Dynamo were joined Friday by 22-year-old goalkeeper Zach Carr, a two-time all-American from Division III Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J. Carr, a two-time academic all-American and recipient of the prestigious NCAA Top VIII award for outstanding scholar-athletes, trained with the New York Red Bulls earlier this season. He is expected to train with the Dynamo for at least the next week, stepping in during training sessions for Newton, who is on loan to FC Tampa Bay of the North American Soccer League.

The club has also called up several Dynamo Academy players for tomorrow night's reserve game, including midfielders Bryan Celis (Katy Mayde Creek) and Miguel Zapata (Katy Mayde Creek) and defender Christian Gonzalez (Spring Woods), all of whom played in the last reserve match in Chicago.

Defender Kofi Sarkodie will be available for the Dynamo tomorrow night before flying to France to join the United States U-20 national team for a week-long camp that will include two friendlies against the French U-20s.
