The Houston Dynamo Youth Programs have partnered with the Eclipse Soccer Club in Sugar Land to provide the Club with training and coaching support through its Club Support Program for the fall 2013 and spring 2014 soccer seasons. This system offers organization programs that range from training for recreation, competitive and premier players to specialty clinics, team training sessions and coach education programs for volunteer and experienced coaches within the partner organization.
“Eclipse Soccer Club has been delighted with the collaboration with Houston Dynamo in bringing quality trainers to our program and working seamlessly with the Eclipse staff," said Eclipse S.C. Academy Director Eddie Edwards. "Eclipse is dedicated to providing the best possible training environment to our members to ensure that our players receive the very best instruction, and this program certainly meets that expectation.”
Edwards added, “As a club, we feel a responsibility to develop players to reach their highest potential and then encourage those players looking for the ultimate challenge to pursue the Dynamo experience. Eclipse Soccer Club will continue to work tirelessly to do what is best for each individual player and will support and encourage the movement of players towards Houston's professional club.”

The Houston Dynamo Youth Program aims to connect with the Houston soccer community, to offer development opportunities for players and coaches, and to grow the game and the community’s connection to the Dynamo organization. The training program works with clubs to provide professional support to the Club and coaches at all levels. The symbiotic relationship between the organizations not only focuses on player development, but also provides players and coaches various resources and avenues to develop their skills and abilities.
