• GK Chris Seitz is making his 14th start in the U.S. Open Cup and his third Open Cup start with the Dynamo.
• Seitz can earn his 11th career win in Open Cup play and third with the Dynamo.
• Seitz can record his seventh clean sheet in U.S. Open Cup and his third this year.
• DF Adolfo Machado will make his Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup debut this evening.
• DF Alejandro Fuenmayor is starting in his third U.S. Open Cup game for Houston and will be making his 16th appearance and 15th start of the 2018 season across all competitions.
• DF Philippe Senderos will be making his second start in the U.S. Open Cup and his third appearance in the tournament.
• DF DaMarcus Beasley will be making his fourth U.S. Open Cup start with the Dynamo and his 16th start of the 2018 season across all competitions.
• MF Boniek García will make his second start in the U.S. Open Cup and fifth appearance in the tournament this evening.
• MF Tomás Martínez will be making his first start in the U.S. Open Cup and his second appearance in the tournament today.
• MF Darwin Cerén will make his sixth career start in the U.S. Open Cup and his first for the Dynamo. It will be his 10th start of the 2018 season across all competitions.
• FW Romell Quioto will play in his second U.S. Open Cup game and make his first start in the tournament this evening.
• FW Mauro Manotas will make his sixth start in the U.S. Open Cup and eighth appearance in the tournament. With the start, he’ll move into a tie for second in club history along with GK Joe Willis and former Dynamo DF Corey Ashe and MF Mike Chabala.
• It will be Manotas’ 19th start of the 2018 season across all competitions.
• Manotas can score his sixth career goal in the tournament and would have multiple goals in a single Open Cup tournament for the second time in his career and first time since 2016.
• FW Alberth Elis will make his first start in the U.S. Open Cup and his second overall appearance in the tournament this evening.

• GK Joe Willis could play in his 14th career U.S. Open Cup match if he comes in this evening.
