The Houston Dynamo have announced the date of their Dynamo Stadium opener for the 2012 season.
The Dynamo will play their first game in their new, soccer-specific stadium on Saturday, May 12, 2012. The time, opponent, and broadcast information for this and other games will be included in the entire regular season schedule, which will be announced upon its completion in the coming weeks. Dating back to 2006, Houston are 2-1-3 in their home openers.
