Twelve players from Houston Dynamo FC, Houston Dynamo 2 and the Houston Dynamo Academy will report to their national team for the upcoming FIFA window in June.
Midfielder Darwin Cerén will join the El Salvador National Team for three matches in the Concacaf Nations League. Cerén’s next appearance will give him the most caps for El Salvador at 86. He has played 85 games with La Selecta and is tied with Alfredo Alberto Pacheco for the most appearances for the national team. El Salvador begin the June window at home against Grenada on June 4 and they host the Caribbean Island on June 7. El Salvador’s final game of this FIFA window Is against the U.S. Men’s National Team on June 14 at Estadio Cuscatlán.
Midfielder Adalberto “Coco” Carrasquilla will join Panama for three matches in the Concacaf Nations League. Carrasquilla and Panama will face Costa Rica on June 2, host Martinique on June 9 and travel to Martinique three days later for the final group match of the FIFA window.
Forward Sebastián Ferreira will be invited to join Paraguay for a pair of friendlies in Asia next month. Paraguay will face Japan on June 2 and travel to South Korea on June 10 to face the Taegeuk Warriors.
Defender Zarek Valentin will join Puerto Rico for two matches in the Concacaf Nations League. Puerto Rico travels to the Cayman Islands on June 9 and hosts the British Virgin Islands three days later.
Defender Teenage Hadebe was called into Zimbabwe national team for a pair of cancelled qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations against Liberia and South Africa.
Forward Thor Úlfarsson will join the U-21 Iceland National Team for three qualifiers for the U-21 Euro 2023 tournament. Iceland will face Liechtenstein on Friday, June 3, Belarus on June 8 and close against Cyprus on June 11.
Midfielders Juan Castilla and Brooklyn Raines will join the U-19 U.S. Men’s National Team for two friendlies in Marbella Spain. The U.S. will face England on June 6 and three days later face Norway at the Marbella Football Center. Additionally, Dynamo Academy midfielder Mateo Pinilla will join Castilla and Raines in Spain.
El Salvador’s U-20 national team will also host a camp during the FIFA window and head coach Ernesto Góchez named forward Daniel Rios to the roster. Additionally, Houston Dynamo 2 midfielder Cesar Cordova and Dynamo Academy defender Erick Monge will join the U-20 El Salvador National Team in June.
