This is the second meeting between the teams this season, with RGV coming away 1-0 victors on a Ruben Luna goal in Oklahoma City on April 8. The Toros had a two-game winning streak snapped last Saturday after a 1-0 loss to Tulsa Roughnecks FC.
OKC, meanwhile, picked up its first win of the season against Sacramento Republic FC on April 11.
