HOUSTON (Sept 6, 2024) - Houston Dynamo 2 defender Omar Grey will join San Antonio FC on loan for the remainder of the season, both teams announced today.
Grey has appeared in 31 games for Houston Dynamo 2, while earning eight starts. The defender signed with Dynamo 2 in March 2023 and made his professional debut on March 24 against Austin FC II.
Grey attended the University of Washington and played 18 games with the Huskies, notching a goal and two assists. He helped lead the Huskies to the best record in the PAC-12 Conference that year with a 15-2-3 (WLD) record.
Grey will be eligible to play for San Antonio on Saturday, Sept. 7, against USL Champion side Monterey Bay FC.
