Houston Dynamo FC announced the schedule of promotional giveaway items for its 2022 home matches today, with eight of the 17 home dates featuring a free giveaway at the gate this season.
Tickets for all 2022 Dynamo home games are available at HoustonDynamoFC.com/Tickets, with ticket prices starting from $7-20 for all matches. The Dynamo are continuing their commitment to support the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center by donating $1 from every single-match ticket purchased online to MD Anderson to support their mission of ending cancer.
The giveaway schedule is bookended by a pair of free bobblehead giveaways. On Opening Day, the first 5,000 fans through the gates at PNC Stadium will receive a free Dynamo Diesel Bobblehead courtesy of PNC Bank. Then in the final home game of the season on Oct. 9 when the Dynamo host their longtime rivals the LA Galaxy, the first 5,000 fans will receive a player bobblehead courtesy of Coushatta Casino Resort. The player’s identity will be released later this season.
For the second home game of the season when the Dynamo host the Vancouver Whitecaps on March 12, there won’t be a giveaway item in the traditional sense, but fans will nonetheless receive a special opportunity. For that game, all fans can purchase tickets with No Fees courtesy of SeatGeek.
Every fan who attends a Dynamo game needs a custom Lexus x Dynamo bandana to wave in support of the team and to wipe away the beads of sweat as summertime descends on H-Town. On May 18 when the Dynamo host the Seattle Sounders, we’ve got you covered with a complimentary bandana courtesy of your Houston Area Lexus Dealers for the first 5,000 fans.
Summer in Houston also means finding ways to stay safe in the sun and beat the heat. For Houstonians coming to a pair of games in late June and early July, the Club has a pair of great solutions. Fans coming to the June 25 game between the Dynamo and Chicago Fire FC can take pick up a free hat courtesy of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center for the first 5,000 people through the gates. On July 3 when the Dynamo host MLS newcomers Charlotte FC, the first 5,000 fans will get free cooling towels courtesy of Kroger.
When our in-state rivals come down I-45 to visit, it’s time to get crazy, and the Houston-area Ford dealers have fans taken care of with free crazy hair for the first 3,000 fans in the stadium. Grab that wig of crazy orange hair and let your own hair down to create a raucous home field advantage for the boys in orange!
We all know it’s more fun to attend a game with your buddies, and the Law Offices of Heriberto Ramos & Associates couldn’t agree more. That’s why when the Dynamo host Minnesota United on July 23, the first 2,500 fans will get a plush Diesel Shoulder Buddy courtesy of Heriberto Ramos. The shoulder buddy has a magnetic tab you can slip under your shirt to allow Dynamo Diesel to perch on your shoulder all game long as you cheer on Houston’s football club together.
