Lost and found items will be turned into the Guest Services Office at Section 118 and recorded in the lost and found register. If you lose an item during an event, please visit the Guest Services Office for assistance. After events, guests wishing to inquire about the recovery of lost items are directed to email Guest Services at guestservices@houstondynamo.com. Lost and Found pickup is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays and event days. Any individual claiming to be the rightful owner of a lost item needs to provide a reasonable description of the item, present a valid photo identification card, and sign a receipt/the lost and found register before such item is returned to them. All perishable items will be discarded at the end of the day.
Lost and found items are stored in a secure location for thirty (30) days. After this 30-day period, all unclaimed items will either be disposed of or donated to charity. All credit cards, IDs, or other forms of identification will be shredded and/or destroyed if left unclaimed for seven (7) following the event.
